Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualification: Masters Degree in Biochemistry, Immunology, Biotechnology, Life Science or related fields.
- Qualification in NET-JRF or equivalent national-level fellowship examination is desirable.
- Essential: proficiency in maintaining T cell cultures and working with lentiviral vectors; knowledge of flow cytometry and basic skills in data analysis software (e.g., FlowJo) are mandatory; experience with PCR, DNA extraction and cloning techniques; familiarity with CRISPR/Cas9 or other gene-editing tools.
- Desirable: experience with mouse models, specifically xenograft models for cancer research; basic understanding of bioinformatics tools for data analysis.
Job Profile
- Assist in the design and execution of experiments related to CAR-T cell generation and epigenetic modifications.
- Carry out cell culture, flow cytometry and molecular biology experiments; participate in data analysis and interpretation; maintain laboratory records.
