Detailed Eligibility
- Essential (any one route): BTech in Biotechnology; OR MSc/MTech in Life Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Nanoscience, Biomedical or Molecular Biology; OR PhD candidate (non-PDF) – all with proven bench experience in biosensors and/or immunoassays and/or nanoscience and/or analytical techniques/POCT work.
- Desirable depth: hands-on protein-expression systems (bacterial/yeast/insect/mammalian); affinity chromatography (Ni-NTA, protein A/G), size-exclusion, dialysis/ultrafiltration; nanoparticle synthesis and bioconjugation; immunization protocols, hybridoma technique or recombinant antibody engineering and screening; ELISA and LFIA development with assay validation; basic statistics for assay performance; animal-ethics familiarity and safe handling.
- Age: maximum 35 years (5 years relaxation SC/ST/OBC per Government of India rules).
- Who should apply: recent graduates or early-career researchers wanting advanced method-development experience in translational diagnostics – safety innovation, antigen preparation and end-to-end antibody production/purification workflows.
