- Essential: Master's degree – MBA, MSc, MTech, MA or equivalent – in Agriculture and allied, Agribusiness Management, Food Business Management, Food Technology, Supply Chain Management, Agricultural Economics, Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Rural Management or an allied discipline, from a recognized university/institution, with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Desirable edge: field surveys, structured interviews and primary data collection in agri-food/rural sector; quantitative and qualitative analysis tools (MS Excel or similar); sustainability concepts, carbon markets/carbon credits, ESG reporting and agri-food value chains; working Hindi for field interactions with FPOs and farmers in Haryana.
- Age: up to 35 years on the last date (relaxation per Government of India norms for reserved categories).
- Who should apply: agri-food researchers comfortable with extensive field travel – FPO/company interviews, real-time digital data entry and verification, trainings, stakeholder meetings and project documentation with the PI/Co-PI.
