• Education (as on 01.07.2026): Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Certificate in proof of passing must be available as on 01.07.2026.

• Regional Language: Knowledge of reading, writing, speaking and regional language of the State/UT as applicable.

• Age Limit (as on 01.07.2026): Minimum 20 years, Maximum 30 years (General/EWS)
