- Manage multiple projects with varying size and complexity
- Define and manage scope, timelines, milestones, budgets and success metrics
- Develop project plans and monitor execution to ensure timely delivery of deliverables
- Manage resource allocation and capacity utilization; ensure compliance with security, regulatory and organizational policies
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, DevOps and QA teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify risks and mitigation plans, change management and governance practices
- Prepare project presentations, status updates, executive dashboards and project health reports
- Create and maintain knowledge repositories, user guides and support processes
- Drive customer success and user experience initiatives for continuous improvement
