Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with varying size and complexity
• Define and manage scope, timelines, milestones, budgets and success metrics
• Develop project plans and monitor execution to ensure timely delivery of deliverables
• Manage resource allocation and capacity utilization; ensure compliance with security, regulatory and organizational policies
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, DevOps and QA teams to resolve complex issues
• Identify risks and mitigation plans, change management and governance practices
• Prepare project presentations, status updates, executive dashboards and project health reports
• Create and maintain knowledge repositories, user guides and support processes
• Drive customer success and user experience initiatives for continuous improvement
