Essential Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant: Qualified CA from ICAI, New Delhi + min. 2 years post-qualification practice in a reputed organisation
- State Finance Manager: Inter CA / MBA (Finance) / Inter ICWA / Masters in Commerce / CFA + min. 10 years post-qualification work experience
- State Accounts Manager: Inter CA / Inter ICWA / M.Com with knowledge of Tally + min. 08 years post-qualification experience
- State Accounts Officer – Urban: Inter CA / Inter ICWA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with knowledge of Tally + min. 3 years experience
- Executive Assistant – Accounts: Post Graduate degree in Commerce with minimum 55% marks + min. 3 years experience as accountant
- District Accounts Manager: Inter CA / Inter ICWA / M.Com + min. 3 years experience
- Accounts Officer / State Accountant – NTEP: MBA (Finance / Financial Management / Accounts) + min. 3 years experience
- Assistant – District (RCH): M.Com with minimum 55% marks + min. 3 years experience
- Block Accounts Manager: Inter CA / Inter ICWA / B.Com + min. 3 years experience
Age Limit
- As on 1st August 2026 as per Jharkhand Govt. rules (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Divyang as per Govt. of Jharkhand)
- Where additional specialised knowledge / work experience is required, upper age limit is relaxed by adding the minimum required work experience
