NGEL Engineer & Executive (Renewable Energy) Recruitment 2026 - Advt 04/26
NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Ltd, has released a notification for the recruitment of experienced professionals in the Renewable Energy area. The engagement is for a period of 03 years on a fixed term basis (can be further extended up to 2 years as per organization requirement).

Age Limit
Upper age limit 35 years. Relaxation: SC/ST by 5 years, OBC by 3 years, PwBD by 10 years, and Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. guidelines.
Experience
Minimum 03 years (01 year for Finance) post-qualification executive experience in the relevant domain. Candidates with Renewable Energy (RE) experience will be preferred.
Remuneration
Approximate CTC of Rs 11,00,000/- per annum (indicative, includes fixed & variable components, HRA, Mediclaim, performance-based pay, and satisfactory service grant).
Application Fee
Rs 500/- for General/EWS/OBC (non-refundable). SC/ST/PwBD/XSM category & female candidates are exempted from the registration fee. Payment online via Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI.
Selection Process
Multi-stage selection comprising application shortlisting/screening, Written Test (CBT)/Group Discussion/Interview, or a combination thereof. CBT (bilingual, 100 questions, 2 hours, negative marking) will be held at Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Visakhapatnam, Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Bhopal & Raipur.
