NeGD Directors & GM/Sr.GM (Admin) Deputation Eligibility Criteria 2028
- Applicant must be a serving officer holding a regular post in the Central Government, State Government, PSU, autonomous organization or statutory body
- Directors: currently in Level 12 or above of the 7th CPC pay matrix; age not exceeding 58 years for Level 14 posts and 56 years for posts below Level 14
- GM/Sr.GM (Admin): currently in Level 11 or above, or 5 years of regular service in Level 10 (Grade Pay Rs.5,400 pre-revised); age not exceeding 56 years
- Application must be sent through proper channel with vigilance clearance/integrity certificate and attested APARs for the last five years
- A No Objection Certificate in the prescribed format must be produced at the time of interview
- Pay will be regulated under DoP&T OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010 and OM No. 2/11/2017-Estt.(Pay-II) dated 24.11.2017, as amended

- Directors: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university/institute in a suitable discipline such as Technology/Engineering; post-graduation and/or MBA/PGDM desirable; experience in end-to-end project lifecycle, programme budget, resource management, Government of India rules, software architecture/integration/API/cybersecurity
- GM/Sr.GM (Admin): Bachelor's degree in a suitable discipline; experience in administrative functions in a government department/PSU, CCS (Conduct) Rules, GFR, delegation of financial powers, procurement/GeM, budget and record management
