- Principal Architect - AI: 12+ years total experience, including at least 5 years in AI/ML system design
- MLOPs Lead: 7-10 years in MLOps/DevOps, including 4+ years building CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML
- MLOPs Engineer: 3-6 years operationalising AI/ML models with CI/CD automation
- AI Safety Researcher: 6+ years in ML/AI/security research, including 3+ years in adversarial ML, LLM red-teaming or AI security
- AI/ML Lead: 7+ years developing and deploying AI/ML systems, including 4+ years in the chosen specialisation (2+ for Agentic AI)
- Data Science Lead: 8+ years in data science/statistics/applied ML, including 4+ years in the chosen specialisation
- Candidates in regular or contractual government employment must apply through proper channel or attach a No Objection Certificate
- Maximum age 55 years as on the closing date; NeGD may apply higher screening thresholds and shortlist candidates for interview

- MLOPs Engineer: B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, AI/ML or related; 3-6 years operationalising AI/ML models with CI/CD automation and model monitoring
