National Centre for Vector Borne Diseases Control (NCVBDC) under Dte.GHS, MoHFW invites applications for 1 post of National Consultant – M&E for GFATM-supported Intensified Malaria Elimination Project-3 (IMEP-3), based at NCVBDC Delhi. Last date 05.10.2026.
- Post: National Consultant (Monitoring & Evaluation) – 01 post, NCVBDC Delhi
- Qualification & experience: MBBS with PG Degree/Diploma in PSM/Community Medicine OR MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS with MPH plus 3–5 years Public Health experience at National/State level OR Masters in Demography/Population Studies/Biostatistics with 5–7 years experience
- Skills: surveillance, field epidemiology, outbreak response, VBD control; MS Office; SPSS/Epi Info; communication and presentation skills; multi-disciplinary teamwork
- Role: malaria M&E plans, HMIS, state/district report review, entomological surveillance, epidemic preparedness, field visits (10+ days/month), training and review meetings
- Pay: Rs. 1,25,000–1,50,000 per month; 1-year contract extendable on performance; 1-month termination notice
- Age: maximum 45 years; extensive travel required
