Educational Qualification

Essential: Bachelor''s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized University with proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office Suite, Tally Prime Software and Advanced Excel.

Desirable: M.Com (Finance) / MBA (Finance) / Diploma in Inventory Management / Material Management. Working experience in any firm/institute in Finance and Accounts / Inventory Management department.

Experience

Minimum 1 year in a Central/State Government, Central/State Autonomous Body, PSU, or Private Sector in the relevant field.

Age Limit

Not more than 35 years as on 22.08.2026.

Remuneration and Tenure

Rs. 30,000/- per month (consolidated). No other allowance (DA, HRA etc.) is admissible. One year, extendable for one more year based on functional requirements and performance (maximum 2 years).

Job Responsibility

• Making entries in registers, ledgers and documents and periodic checking thereof;
• Initiation and processing of cases relating to Finance and Accounts / Stores and Purchase / Administration;
• Initiation and processing of ticket refund cases;
• Compilation of facts and figures for reports and statements;
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements, checking of bills and vouchers;
• Preparation of reports, statements of accounts and budget;
• Assisting in preparation of budget, annual accounts, balance sheet and progressive expenditure statements;
• Making entries and upkeep of classified abstract registers, monitoring of expenditure;
• Assignment and reconciliation of funds to various museums;
• Mapping in PFMS, MIS preparation, UCs and SoEs, record management;
• Handling all purchase work including foreign import, maintenance of inventories of assets and stores;
• Preparation and floating of tenders in CPP and GeM; any other work assigned by the Reporting Officer.

How to Apply

1. A Walk-in-Test will be held on 22.08.2026.
2. Candidates must fill the Google Form through the provided link and register themselves before the Walk-in-Test. No candidate will be allowed without prior registration. Registration closes at 11.59 PM of 20.08.2026.
3. Candidates must fill the application form and bring it with all requisite documents (educational and technical qualification, age, experience, identity proof) on the day of the test. All original documents must be brought for verification along with one set of self-attested photocopies.
4. Report at Science City Auditorium at 8:00 AM sharp on 22.08.2026 for verification of documents. Verification closes at 10:00 AM; written test from 10:30 AM onwards. Candidates qualifying the written test will be called for Computer Proficiency / Personal Interview on the same day.

Important Terms

• Engagement is purely on contract basis; no right to regular appointment.
• Young Professionals get 12 days leave per year (no carry forward beyond the year).
• No TA/DA for joining or on completion; no accommodation or house rent.
• Selected candidates must sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Undertaking.
• Unauthorized absence for 8 continuous days leads to automatic termination.
