NCRTC Transport Planner Recruitment 2026 (Vacancy Notice No. 26/2026)

National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), New Delhi (JV of Govt. of India and Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan & UP; implements the Namo Bharat/RRTS Project) invites applications for 03 Transport Planner positions on direct recruitment basis.

Vacancy Details

Educational Qualification

• Master of Transport Planning / Transport Engineering with B.E./B.Tech (Civil) / B.Plan / B.Arch (Full Time).
• SDGM: min 11 years (Govt/CPSE, E2/L9+) or 13 years (private) experience in Transport Planning.
• AM: min 5 years post-qualification experience in Transport Planning.
• Required Pay Scale/CTC: SDGM — CDA L12 or IDA E5 or above; AM — CDA L10/L9 or IDA E2 or above (verified via Form-16, ITR, last 12 months' salary slips).

Age Limit (as on 16/07/2026)

Max 45 years (SDGM) / 40 years (AM). Relaxation: SC/ST 5 yrs, OBC-NCL 3 yrs, PwBD 10 yrs, Ex-servicemen 5 yrs.

Selection Process

• SDGM: Interview (min qualifying 60% for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS).
• AM: Written Test/CBT (80% weightage) + Interview (20%); shortlisting ratio 1:5 per category.
