CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune invites online applications for engagement as Project Associate-II (1 post) under the project "CSIR Biomass to Chemicals: A green approach towards Circular Economy and Sustainability (B2C)" (Project Code MMP035204), sponsored by CSIR, as per Notice No. 2026/CSIR-NCL/CAT/MMP035204/857.

Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology with 2 years R&D experience OR Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology from a recognized university.
Desirable: Hands-on experience in synthesis of heterogeneous catalysts (zeolites, oxides), catalyst characterization, high-pressure fixed-bed reactor, and gas chromatography.
Job Requirement
- Synthesis and characterization of heterogeneous catalysts
- Handling of fixed-bed reactor and analytical apparatus (GC, mass spectrometer)
- Material balance of the reaction
Emoluments
Consolidated Rs. 28,000/- per month.
