National Brain Research Centre (NBRC) invites applications for the position of Research Assistant-III on a contractual basis through a manpower agency for the project Neuroanatomical Studies to elucidate the Development of the Human Auditory Cortex under Prof. Soumya Iyengar. Last date: 03 September 2026.

Essential Qualification
- M.Sc/B.Tech or fulfilled the requirement for a Masters degree or equivalent from a nationally recognized institute AND 4 or more years of research experience.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in histology, cryosectioning and immunohistochemistry.
- Bright field and Confocal microscopy.
- Stereology and three-dimensional reconstruction of neurons.
