National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, has announced direct recruitment for Group A, B and C posts under Advertisement No. A-12011/3/2025-ESTB dated 02 June 2026.
Total Positions: 7 (Group C, Pay Level-4)
Salary: Pay Level-4 (Rs.25,500 - Rs.81,100 per month)
Essential Qualification:
Senior Secondary (Class 12) pass from a recognised board. Must possess stenographic skills with shorthand speed of 80 wpm and typing speed of 30 wpm. Must qualify the test in General English, Shorthand and Typewriting prescribed by NBEMS.
Age Limit: 18 to 27 years as on the closing date. Age relaxation as per Government of India rules.
Application Fee: Rs.1,500 for UR/OBC/EWS candidates; Nil for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Fee payable online.
Selection Process:
1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
2. Stenography Skill Test / Typing Test
3. Document Verification
No interview for Group C posts.
Exam Date: 5th & 6th September 2026 (Tentative)
