Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), a Schedule 'A' Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise and wholly-owned subsidiary of ONGC, invites online applications from Indian Nationals for recruitment of Assistant Engineers in 'E2' Grade of Management Cadre through GATE 2026 (Advertisement No. 94/2026 dated 21.08.2026).

Educational Qualification & Eligibility
- Valid GATE 2026 marks in the corresponding GATE paper. Results from previous/other GATE examinations will not be considered.
- BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering (4-year course) in the relevant discipline from UGC-recognized Indian University / AICTE-approved institution.
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks for UR/EWS/OBC(NCL) candidates; 50% for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Integrated ME/M.Tech candidates must have completed course requirements for BE/B.Tech.
- Candidates pursuing M.Tech in any discipline must have BE/B.Tech in the qualifying discipline with valid GATE 2026 marks in that paper.

Remuneration & Benefits
Basic pay of Rs. 50,000/- in E2 grade. In addition, DA (IDA pattern), HRA / Township Accommodation, Perks & Allowances under cafeteria approach, Performance Related Pay, and other benefits as per Company Rules. Selected candidates must execute a Service Bond to serve MRPL for a minimum of 3 years (General: Rs. 3,00,000; Reserved: Rs. 50,000).
Selection Process
- Initial shortlisting based on valid GATE 2026 marks (out of 100).
- Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) — candidates called in ratio of 1:5.
- Final merit list prepared as per MRPL rules.
