The High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur has issued Advertisement No. 614/Exam/2026 (dated 14.08.2026) for direct recruitment to 1174 Assistant Grade-III posts in District & Sessions Court establishments across Madhya Pradesh, under the MP District Court Establishment (Recruitment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 2016.

Note: OBC reservation is increased from 14% to 27% under the 2019 amendment, but Writ Petition No. 5901/2019 challenging it is pending. Per interim court orders, results will be declared in two parts - 87% main result (1021 posts) and 13% provisional result (153 posts) - with the final select list following the Court's decision. Also, 20% of vacancies are horizontally reserved for contractual employees with 5+ years' service in the MP High Court/District Courts; unfilled contractual-quota posts go to other candidates of the same category on merit. Vacancy numbers are provisional and subject to change via corrigendum.

Age Relaxation: Ex-servicemen - actual military service period deducted, but eligible age cannot exceed upper limit by more than 3 years. MP High Court/District Court contractual employees with 5+ years service - relaxation equal to service period, not exceeding 55 years. Reservation and age relaxation apply only to original residents of Madhya Pradesh; candidates from other states apply under Unreserved.

| 2. Hindi Typing Skill Test | 50 marks, ~350 words in 10 minutes, Remington Gail layout, unrestricted mode. Deductions: 0.50 marks per skipped word/error, 0.10 per backspace. Portal charge Rs. 743.40 payable by successful prelim candidates. |

Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a bond of Rs. 2,00,000 and serve a minimum of 3 years; premature resignation forfeits the bond amount. District/post allotment via counselling based on category-wise merit and vacancy availability.
Apply online at www.mphc.gov.in (Recruitment/Result section). Register, fill the form, upload photo & signature, pay the fee and submit before 15.09.2026 (5 PM). Corrections allowed only during 19-21 September 2026. The application is complete only when the fee has been paid successfully within the deadline.
