Eligibility
- 10th pass (UR/SC/OBC) or 8th pass (ST) from a recognised board; plus a heavy vehicle driving licence (mandatory).
- Must qualify a separate practical driving/trade test. Male candidates only. Indian citizen; disqualification for more than two living children (with one born on/after 26.01.2001).
Pay Scale
Rs.19,500 – Rs.62,000 (stipend at 70%/80%/90% of minimum in the first three years, as per MP rules), plus allowances and defined-contribution pension.
Selection Process
Stage 1 – Online examination by MP ESB; Stage 2 – Practical (driving/trade) test and Physical Efficiency Test by the Police Department.
