National CAMPA (MoEFCC) - Deputy Chief Executive Officer Recruitment 2026
The National Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority (National CAMPA), Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, invites nominations of eligible and willing Indian Forest Service (IFS) officers for appointment as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Dy. CEO) at the level of Deputy Inspector General of Forests (DIGF), on deputation basis, for a period not exceeding five years, to assist the Executive Committee in the performance of its functions and powers under the Compensatory Afforestation Fund Act, 2016.
Eligibility & Terms
- Indian Forest Service (IFS) officers only.
- Eligibility criteria and other terms and conditions (including leased accommodation) are as per the Central Staffing Scheme of MoEFCC issued vide OM No. A.12011/1/2003-IFS.1 dated 06.05.2011.
- Minimum years of service will be reckoned with reference to 01.01.2026; the mandatory "cooling off" period is required for officers who have previously been on deputation.
- Officers will be posted at Delhi for a period not exceeding 5 years; the selected officer must take up the assignment within 3 weeks of approval.
