1. Young Professional – State Data Catalogue (NADA), SDA–MITRA – 04 Posts

• Employment Type: Contractual Individual Consultant (CIC), 11 months
• Location: MITRA/SDA, Nirmal Building, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400021
• Qualification: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience: Young Professional level – strong academic foundation with relevant project/internship experience in data systems; senior resource profiles require 01–03 years as per role
• Skills: Statistical methods, survey design, DDI metadata standards, REST APIs, NADA microdata cataloguing; preferred PHP, MySQL, Python or R
• Remuneration: Rs. 70,000/- per month

2. Specialist – Environment and Climate Change – 01 Post

• Programme: MITRA E&S Cell / MUWREP Knowledge Management PMU (KM-PMU)
• Qualification: Post-graduate degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science/Management, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Planning, or a closely related field
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in environmental assessment and management for infrastructure/development projects, including ESMFs, ESIAs/EIAs, ESMPs
• Desirable: Experience with World Bank ESF and MDB-financed projects; knowledge of Indian environmental regulatory requirements
• Remuneration: Rs. 2,00,000/- per month (consolidated)

3. Specialist – Social Development & Gender – 01 Post

• Programme: MUWREP Knowledge Management PMU (KM-PMU), MITRA
• Qualification: Post-graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Gender Studies, Development Studies, Public Policy, Urban Planning, Rural/Urban Development, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in social development, gender inclusion, stakeholder engagement, community participation, grievance redressal or safeguards (5 years for candidates with MDB experience)
• Remuneration: Rs. 2,00,000/- per month (consolidated)

4. Research Officer – Engineering / Modelling – 01 Post

• Programme: MUWREP Knowledge Management PMU (KM-PMU), MITRA
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, Public Health, Mechanical or related engineering discipline (post-graduation desirable)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in engineering analysis, infrastructure projects, water/sanitation, modelling, GIS/MIS, or technical research
• Desirable: Knowledge of urban water supply, sanitation, wastewater reuse, service-level benchmarking; modelling/GIS/data visualization tools
• Remuneration: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month (consolidated)
