Maharashtra Institution for Transformation (MITRA), Planning Department, Government of Maharashtra invites applications for the engagement of Senior Consultants on a contractual/lien basis for a period of one year, extendable for a further period of two years. 1. Senior Consultant – Health & Nutrition – 01 Post

• Reporting to: CEO MITRA
• Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Any Discipline (Arts / Commerce / Science / Management / Agriculture / Engineering / Other) from a premier institute AND Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education (DNHE) OR Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics (PGDCND) OR Master of Public Health (MPH)
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of managing/oversight over large scale programs related to nutrition, malnutrition, obesity in multinational organizations / civil society organizations / Inter-governmental organizations / Multilateral Funding Agencies / Health and Nutrition start-ups / government / public sector
• Age: 40 to 60 years as of the last date of application
• Competencies: Project management, strategic thinking, decision making, analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Contract Period: 1 year (renewable)

2. Senior Consultant – Information Technology, Supplementary Services, Communication – 01 Post

• Reporting to: CEO MITRA
• Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Any Discipline (Arts / Commerce / Science / Management / Agriculture / Engineering / Other) from a premier institute. Preference for Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Engineering or ICT or AI
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in managing large scale ICT programs with government through private IT & ITeS enterprise / reputed consulting organization / multilateral development organization
• Age: 40 to 60 years as of the last date of application
• Desirable: Experience in designing/implementing successful ICT projects covering smart governance, enterprise architecture, innovation in citizen centric services, data-based policy design; knowledge of data analytics, future tech in governance, public private partnership in IT services
• Contract Period: 1 year (extendable for further 2 years)
