Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Ph.D. in Management or relevant field from a recognized university (preferred).
• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in a relevant or allied subject from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
• Candidates with NET/SET/SLET (UGC) qualification will be preferred.
• Demonstrated record of teaching, research, and publications in reputed journals.
• Strong commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Engage in curriculum design, development, and continuous improvement of academic programs.
• Conduct impactful research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
• Mentor students and contribute to their academic and professional development.
• Participate in departmental, school, and university-level initiatives, events, and collaborations.
• Foster industry linkages and contribute to consultancy and outreach activities.
