- Postgraduate degree in Computer Science and Applications / Computer Engineering / IT from a recognised university or institution.
- Desirable: additional qualification in Cyber Security, Data Analysis or Business Data Processing.
- Not less than 5 years as a System Analyst in medium or large e-governance projects of reputed organisations.
- Age not more than 50 years as on 1 January 2026.
