- Accountant - Graduation with Inter CA or ICWA plus 3 years relevant experience
- Survey - ITI or Diploma plus 1 year survey work; Sampling - B.Sc plus 1 year drill sampling and related qualifications post-wise as per Table-I
- Minimum 45 percent where applicable (pass for CA-Inter and certificates)
- ODL degrees are permissible where the institution is UGC or AICTE approved
