MCD - Labour Welfare Superintendent (Contract) Vacancy Notice 2026
Applications are invited for engagement of Labour Welfare Superintendent on a contract basis in the Labour Welfare Department, MCD, initially for six months (extendable further on a six-monthly basis until regular recruitment through DSSSB, whichever is earlier).

Essential: Graduation Degree of a recognised University; Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Social Work/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or any other allied subject of a recognised University/Institution. Desirable: Degree in Law; experience in Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or allied fields.
Age: Maximum 30 years (relaxation to SC/ST/OBC-Delhi candidates per Govt. rules). Remuneration: 7th CPC Level-7 (initial pay Rs.44,900 + Variable DA); no other regular Municipal benefits. Selection: on merit (marks-based weightage for secondary/graduate/PG marks + interview).
