Applications are invited for the position of Senior Research Fellow (Project) for the DBT-funded project "Investigating the Role of Tfh Cells in Shaping Humoral Immunity in Dengue" under Dr. Nimesh Gupta, Staff Scientist-V.

Fellowship: Rs.42,000/- per month + 27% HRA

Educational Qualifications:

M.Sc. or M.Tech in any area of Life Sciences with minimum two years of post M.Sc. experience. Candidates should have cleared any National Level Examination (NET/GATE etc.).

Desired Knowledge:

• Experience in handling human clinical samples (PBMC isolation, plasma processing)
• T-cell phenotyping (flow cytometry, T-cell assays)
• Serological analyses (ELISA, neutralization assays)
• RNA-seq workflows (library preparation, bioinformatics - Seurat, Cell Ranger, R)
• Single-cell transcriptomics & TCR repertoire analysis
• Virus handling (preferably dengue) is desirable

Tenure: Initially 1 year or duration of project (whichever is shorter), tenable till 26.04.2029
