Eligibility

Candidates should meet the NMC guidelines mentioned in the notification.

Educational qualification — any one of the following:

DM / MCH / DrNB / MD / MS in the concerned specialty; OR
MD/MS in the basic specialty + 3 years' experience, of which 1 year is preferably in the concerned super-specialty; OR
MBBS + 3 years' experience, of which 2 years must be in the concerned specialty.

Age Limit
Biochemistry, Pathology & Microbiology: Maximum 50 years
All other departments: Maximum 45 years for UR/EWS
SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
OBC: 3 years relaxation
Age is calculated as on the date of Walk-in Assessment.

Salary
Pay Level 11
₹67,700/- per month + admissible allowances

OBC/SC/ST/EWS: ₹500/-
PwD: Exempted
Fee is non-refundable.
Payment is through the POS machine (Credit/Debit Card) at the Accounts Branch, Room No. 104, 1st Floor, JSSH.

Walk-in Assessment / Interview

Time: 10:30 AM onwards
Venue: Janakpuri Super Speciality Hospital, C-2B, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 110058
Selection: Interview by a Board constituted by the Competent Authority
TA/DA: Not payable for attending the interview.

Tenure
Initial appointment: 89 days
Can be extended in further periods of 89 days
Appointment continues until a regular Senior Resident joins, as applicable.
In no case can Senior Residency exceed 3 + 1 years under the Senior Residency scheme.

Valid DMC registration certificate
Category certificate, if applicable
Candidates currently working should bring NOC
Previous-employer Work & Conduct Certificate and Vigilance Clearance Certificate, where applicable.

Important: The official notice states that if a suitable candidate is not available against a reserved vacancy, an eligible and meritorious candidate from another category may be considered for engagement for a period of not more than 44 days.
