- Total vacancies: 118 for Tenure Post of Senior Resident / Tutor – 2026 (II) under Health Department, Govt. of Bihar.
- Candidates who have passed with grace marks: only actual marks obtained shall be counted; grace marks are not to be considered.
- If a candidate has joined service (i.e., is in BHS) before the last date of receipt of application, he/she is to be considered as BHS for all purposes.
- Result declared after the last date of receipt of application will not be entertained. The last date of the month on which examination was held is to be treated as the date of passing.

- Candidates having obtained Super Specialization (MCH/DM directly after MBBS) are to be awarded 20 points (10 for PG & 10 for Super Speciality).
- Candidates working as Lecturer or Asst. Prof. (without doing SR/Tutor) are eligible for SR/Tutor.
- Every eligible candidate has to submit an affidavit stating that he/she has never been appointed and completed the 3-year tenure post of SR/Tutor in the applied subject.
