Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in an ANRF-SERB project. Title of the Project: "Polarization-Sensitive Infrared Photodetectors Based on Double van der Waals Heterostructures". Name of the position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF). Essential qualifications for JRF: M. Tech. in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology/Optoelectronics/Material Science/Electronics and communication with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. OR M.Sc. in Electronics/Physics/ Nanoscience & Nanotechnology with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Qualified in any of the following National eligibility test/exams: CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE, or National-level examination conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc. Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of one year of research experience in 2D materials. Age limit for JRF: 35 years. Salary JRF (per month): As per funding agency norms. Duration: Until the project's completion.
