Jamia Hamdard (Deemed to be University), New Delhi – Research & Development Cell. Applications invited for Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical) (01 post) under ICMR-funded Adhoc research project at the Department of Translational & Clinical Research, SCLS.
Project: “Development of a Proprietary Arrhenius-Calibrated Polydiacetylene-Based Real-Time Shelf-Life Monitoring System for High-Value Monoclonal Antibodies to Optimize Biologic Utilization, Enhance Patient Safety, and Strengthen National Health Preparedness.” Sanctioned by ICMR vide Sanction Letter No. IIRPSG(AN)-I-2026-01-06107/E-office-292960 dated 17.09.2026. PI: Dr. Mohd Ashif Khan (Asstt. Professor, DTCR, SCLS). Project duration 3 years; initial appointment 1 year (renewable subject to satisfactory performance and ICMR budget sanction). Selected candidate to join immediately. Temporary project appointment; no guarantee of job/admission to PhD at Jamia Hamdard.
Remuneration: Rs. 67,000/- per month + 30% HRA. Age limit: Not more than 35 years (age relaxation as per ICMR guidelines).
Essential qualification: Post Graduate Degree (preferably M.Sc. in Clinical Research or equivalent), including integrated PG degrees, with three years post-qualification experience OR PhD. Desirable: familiarity with HPLC (preferably size-exclusion chromatography) and stability testing of pharmaceutical/biological products as per ICH guidelines; preparation and characterization of lipid-based vesicular systems (DLS, zeta potential, UV-Vis spectrophotometry); basic data analysis. Working knowledge of image analysis or Python an added advantage.
