Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management/Public Administration/any relevant discipline from a recognized university. Experience (post-EQ): Minimum 4 years for Bachelor’s OR 2 years for Master’s in executive assistance/secretarial support/office management, preferably supporting senior leadership in Govt/PSU/Autonomous Bodies/Corporate. PhD experience may be considered as relevant (field/relevance). Relaxation may be considered for top NIRF-ranked institutions (2025/latest). Skills: drafting/communication, coordination, MS Office, confidentiality, stakeholder management.
