IREL (India) Limited (Schedule-'B' Mini Ratna Category-1 CPSE under Dept. of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India) invites applications for the board-level post of Director (Human Resources). Selection handled by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB), New Delhi.

Vacancy Details

Educational Qualification

• Graduate with good academic record from a recognized University/Institute.
• Desirable: PG Diploma/Degree in Personnel Management/HRM, or MBA/PGDM/PGPM.
• Experience: Category-I — 5 years (last 10) in HR/IR/Personnel; Category-II — min 2 years HR/IR + 3 years as functional head of Projects/Plants (1000+ workforce); Category-III — 5 years (last 10) as functional head of Projects/Plants.
• Must be employed regularly in a CPSE/Central Govt Group 'A'/SPSE or private company with Rs. 1,000 crore+ annual turnover.

Age Limit

Minimum 40 years; Internal candidates — max 2 years residual service; Others — max 3 years residual service (on date of vacancy, w.r.t. superannuation age 60).

Selection Process

PESB Board shortlisting and interview; merit-based selection. Appointment for 5 years or up to superannuation, whichever earlier.
