Association of Indian Universities (AIU), an apex Inter-University Organisation, invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement as Consultant & Young Professionals on a contractual basis.

Position Details

1. Consultant (1 Post)

Eligibility: Retired from Government sector at Joint Secretary / Deputy Secretary / Under Secretary level or equivalent, with relevant experience in Internationalization of Higher Education / Higher Education Administration in Govt Departments / Autonomous bodies / Universities.

Age: Not exceeding 65 years
Contract Period: 6 months (initial)
Remuneration: Last Pay Drawn (Basic Pay + DA) minus Basic Pension plus DA, subject to ceiling: Rs.70,000/- p.m. (JS level), Rs.60,000/- p.m. (DS level), Rs.50,000/- p.m. (US level)

2. Young Professional – Sports (2 Posts)

Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline with PG Diploma/Certificate in Sports Management OR experience in sports management/tournaments in SAI/Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports/Sports University OR Sportsmen/women (State level/AIU Championships/Khelo India).

Age: Not exceeding 35 years
Remuneration: Rs.30,000 – 50,000/- p.m.

3. Young Professional – Finance (1 Post)

Eligibility: Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Management OR PG Diploma in relevant field. Minimum 3 years experience in accounts, TDS/GST/EPF compliance, payroll, reconciliation. Working knowledge of Tally.

Age: Not exceeding 35 years
Remuneration: Rs.30,000 – 50,000/- p.m.

4. Young Professional – IT (1 Post)

Eligibility: B.Tech (Computer Science) / B.Sc Computer Science / BCA. Minimum 3 years experience in ASP.NET with C# (VS 2022) and SQL Server / PHP development (WordPress customization) / Server Management / Financial & ERP Systems.

Age: Not exceeding 35 years
Remuneration: Rs.30,000 – 50,000/- p.m.

5. Young Professional – AI (1 Post)

Eligibility: Postgraduate / technical / professional degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Public Policy, Data Science or related discipline. Knowledge of AI governance, machine learning, data ethics.

Age: Not exceeding 35 years
Remuneration: Rs.30,000 – 50,000/- p.m.

General Instructions

• Initial engagement: 6 months for Consultant, 1 year for Young Professionals
• Cut-off date for eligibility and age: Closing date for receipt of applications
• No TA/DA for attending test/interview
• AIU reserves right to increase/decrease number of posts or not fill any post
• Application fee through Demand Draft in favour of "Association of Indian Universities" payable at New Delhi
