- Open IndianOil's Latest Job Openings page or the official CBT portal link given below.
- Select the recruitment "Recruitment of Executives in Indian Oil Corporation Limited through Computer Based Test (CBT) – 2026".
- Open the call letter / scorecard login and choose your language (English or Hindi).
- Enter your Registration Number / Roll Number and your Password or Date of Birth in DD-MM-YY format, along with the captcha shown on screen.
- Click Login. Your call letter opens on the screen.
- Check your name, photograph, post applied for, exam date, reporting time and centre address, then download and print it.
Documents to Carry to the Test Centre

Candidates reporting after the time printed on the call letter are not permitted to take the test. Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets are prohibited inside the examination hall.
Selection Process
Shortlisting is based on CBT marks (out of 100), arranged in descending order for the respective domain. Qualifying in the CBT does not by itself guarantee shortlisting. The selection process comprises the Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Discussion (GD) and Group Task (GT), and Personal Interview (PI), followed by document verification and a pre-employment physical fitness examination.
