Educational Qualification

A. Graduate Engineer (Grade A) — 470 Posts

Full-time Regular B.Tech./B.E. (or equivalent) in disciplines such as Chemical, Civil, Computer Science & IT, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, etc. from AICTE/UGC-recognized institutions. Minimum marks: 65% for General/EWS/OBC(NCL), 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.

B. Officer (Marketing) (Grade A)

Full-time Regular MBA (Marketing) / PG Diploma in Business Administration (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) with specialization in Marketing Management. Minimum marks: 60% for General/EWS/OBC(NCL), 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.

C. Officer (Law) (Grade A)

Graduate Degree in any discipline AND Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) OR 5-year Integrated LLB Degree. Minimum marks: 60% in both Graduation and LLB for General/EWS/OBC(NCL). LLB must be recognized by Bar Council of India. Minimum 2 years post-qualification work experience required (as on 30.06.2026) in litigation, law firms, legal functions, or government legal departments.

D. Assistant Quality Control Officer (Grade A0)

Full-time Regular Master's Degree in Chemistry / Allied disciplines. Minimum marks: 60% for General/EWS/OBC(NCL), 55% for SC/ST/PwBD. Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Testing/R&D/Quality Control in Petroleum/Petrochemical/Polymer/Fertilizer unit laboratories OR NABL-accredited chemical testing lab required.

E. Diploma Engineer (Grade E0) — 84 Posts

Full-time Regular 3-year Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Safety Engineering, or Diploma in Industrial Safety. Minimum marks: 65% for General/EWS/OBC(NCL), 55% for SC/ST. Note: PwBD candidates are not eligible for Diploma Engineer posts due to hazardous nature of operations.

Selection Process

1. Computer Based Test (CBT) — 100 objective MCQs:
   • Section A (General Aptitude): Quantitative Aptitude (20), Logical Reasoning (15), Verbal Ability of English Language (15) — 60 mins
   • Section B (Domain Knowledge): 50 questions — 90 mins (120 mins with compensatory time for PwBD)
   Each question carries 1 mark; 0.25 marks deducted for incorrect answers.
2. Group Discussion (GD) and Group Task (GT)
3. Personal Interview (PI)
4. Document Verification & Medical Examination

CBT Qualifying Marks: General/EWS/OBC(NCL): 40% in each section + 45% overall; SC/ST: 35% in each section + 40% overall; PwBD: 25% in each section + 30% overall.

Merit Weightage: CBT 85% + GD/GT 5% + PI 10%. Composite score: General/EWS/OBC(NCL) ≥45%, SC/ST ≥40%, PwBD ≥30%.
