Job Description
Routine clerical tasks, accounting, scheduling of meetings (online and offline) and appointments, correspondence, note-taking and support to other staff with organisational tasks. Scheduling and management of meetings, agendas and drafting of minutes; organising and managing the filing system, including e-files. The candidate should be well conversant with MS Office applications, email systems and preparation of PowerPoint presentations and graphs in Excel, and should be able to prepare drafts of departmental academic correspondence, administrative work, progress reports, RTI replies, admissions and accounts-related work.
