- Minimum: Master of Law (LL.M.) OR Bachelor of Law with at least 60% marks from a university/college recognised by the Bar Council of India + 5 years relevant experience.
- Desirable: business laws, agreements & negotiations; IPR and international laws pertaining to design/inventions; Master’s with specialization in Business Law; R&D labs/industry/academia experience.
- Duties: drafting/vetting MoUs/agreements related to research, grants, outreach, entrepreneurship, technology transfer, IPR and project manpower; coordination with external partners; project staff onboarding/payments; expenditure reports; R&D statistics; liaison across R&D office.
