IIT Hyderabad – CLEANZ Centre of Excellence: Post-Doctoral Research Fellow (AI-Driven Scale-Up of Graphene Synthesis & Process Optimization). Duration: 1 year (extension on performance). Fellowship: ₹58,000–₹78,000/month + 30% HRA (if applicable). On-site, IITH. Experience: Fresh Ph.D. (provisional OK); post-doc experience preferred.
Essential: Ph.D. in Materials/Metallurgical/Chemical/Mechanical Engg OR AI/CS with relevant AI/ML/data-driven materials research; BE/BTech in relevant Engg; ≥3 Scopus publications. Desirable: ML/Bayesian optimization/materials informatics/generative modelling (clean coal advantage); process models; graphene/2D synthesis; characterization; AI/ML optimization; automated experimentation.
