IIT Hyderabad – IC Design Lab (EE), R&D project: Analog IC Designer (1 post, full-time contract). Domain: Analog & Mixed-Signal IC Design. Contract: 1 year (extendable on performance/requirements). Location: IC Design Lab, IIT Hyderabad. Joining: 20 Nov 2026. Salary: ₹50,000/month with HRA.
Work: transistor-level analog/mixed-signal IC design (Op-Amps, comparators, current mirrors, bias, bandgap, LDOs); Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre/ADE; DC/AC/transient/noise/stability/PVT/Monte Carlo; PPA optimization; layout collaboration & post-layout sims (parasitics); foundry PDKs.
Required: strong CMOS analog fundamentals, transistor-level simulation, PVT/Monte Carlo, EDA tools. Preferred qualification: mandatory PhD with BTech/MTech in EE/ECE/VLSI, with 3+ years experience.
