Project: Enhancement of Energy Harvesting via Flow Induced Flat Plate Autorotation using Externally Applied Torque Potentials (RM00159G_SN). Funding: Anusandhan National Research Foundation, SERB. PI: Prof. Amitabh Bhattacharya, Dept. of Applied Mechanics. Duration: Upto 27.05.2030.
Post: Research Associate – 01 post. Consolidated fellowship/pay: Rs. 58,000/- p.m. plus HRA @ 27%.
Qualifications: Ph.D. or 1st class M.Tech. in Applied Mechanics/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Aerospace Engineering/Civil Engineering and related fields, with at least 3 years experience in research related to Computational Fluid Mechanics. Demonstrable expertise in performing fluid-structure interaction simulations in OpenFOAM; strong background in advanced fluid mechanics; proficiency with C++ coding and High Performance Computing also required.
