- Knowledge of office procedures, rules and regulations as followed in government offices or educational institutions, including meetings and conferences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with vendors, accounts sections and international collaborators.

IIT Delhi invites applications for one Project Manager under the project “AdaptAIR: Climate Adaptation through Artificial Ice Reservoirs (AIRs) in the Himalayas” (RM00195F), funded by the European Research Council Executive Agency (ERCEA) - Horizon, in the School of Public Policy. Advertisement No. IITD/IRD/301/2026 dated 22.10.2026.
Role
The Project Manager will manage day-to-day project expenditure, stationery and meeting expenses, purchase paperwork, vendor engagement, accounts and stores, project inventory, and the PI's meeting calendar, and will coordinate with international collaborators.
