“Mitigating Memorization in Medical Vision–Language Models via Conditional Entropy Increasing Augmentation”

Position Details

• Junior Research Fellow: 01 position

• Project Assistant: 01 position

• Research Areas: Machine learning, language models, vision-language models, medical imaging and allied areas

• Appointment: Purely temporary

• Initial Duration: One year, extendable based on performance and project requirements

• Location: IIT Jammu, Jagti, Nagrota, Jammu and Kashmir

Monthly Remuneration

Junior Research Fellow

• INR 37,000 per month plus HRA, as per institute rules, for the first 18 months

• INR 42,000 per month during the third year, without HRA

Project Assistant

• INR 27,000 per month without HRA (Indian Institute of Technology Jammu)

Essential Qualifications

Applicants may qualify through either of the following options:

Option A

• M.E., M.Tech., M.S. (Research) or equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, or Mathematics and Computing.

• Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Option B

• B.E., B.Tech., M.Sc. or MCA in Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.

• Minimum 80% marks or equivalent CGPA.

• A valid GATE score is compulsory for B.E. or B.Tech. applicants.

Candidates awaiting their final results may also apply. A relaxation of 5% marks is available for eligible reserved-category candidates. (Indian Institute of Technology Jammu)

Desirable Qualifications

Candidates with previous research experience in machine learning, computer vision, vision-language models or related fields will be preferred. (Indian Institute of Technology Jammu)

Age Limit
