Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar, Research & Development Office invites online applications for a temporary position of Project Associate-I at the Centre for Creative Learning. Essential Qualification/Experience (as per Institute norms)

• B.Sc/B.C.A./B.Com/B.A or equivalent qualification in appropriate discipline with a minimum of 04 years of post qualification experience.
• Out of the total experience, the candidate must have at least 03 years of experience in independently managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition including:
  • Preparation of job advertisements.
  • Candidate sourcing through online recruitment platforms and professional networks.
  • Resume screening and candidate shortlisting.
  • Interview scheduling and coordination.
  • Candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Offer management and onboarding documentation.
• Minimum 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onwards and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.

Desirable Skills/Qualification

• Experience in recruitment for technical, engineering, research, academic, education, product development, or project-based positions.
• Experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Recruiter, Indeed, or equivalent recruitment platforms.
• Experience in maintaining recruitment databases, applicant tracking records, recruitment MIS, and hiring documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
