Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar, Research & Development Office invites online applications for a temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Department of Biological Sciences and Engineering. Essential Qualification/Experience (as per Funding Agency norms)
- Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through a process described through any one of the following:
- (a) Scholars selected through National Eligibility Tests - CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship/Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
- (b) Selection process through national level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER, etc.
- For General category candidates, minimum 60% marks and above in all the educational degrees; for reserved category candidates, minimum 55% marks and above in all the educational degrees.
