Essential Qualifications
- Ph.D. in biological sciences or allied sciences.
- Experience in mammalian cell culture (handling, maintaining, transfection, imaging, Western blot, immunocytochemistry), membrane trafficking, endocytosis, cytoskeletal dynamics, live-cell and fixed-cell confocal imaging, in-cell FRAP and FCS, time-resolved fluorescence/lifetime (TCSPC), fluorescence anisotropy, liposome preparation from synthetic and natural lipids, and membrane biophysical studies.
- At least one first or joint-first-author paper in a reputed journal.
Desirable
- Knowledge of protein phase separation assays.
