| Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Management | Master's Degree in HRM/Industrial Relations & Personnel Management/Industrial Psychology/Industrial Organizational Psychology/Applied Psychology/Sociology; OR MBA (OB/HR); OR MSW |
| Finance, Accounting & Control | CA/ICWA/M.Com or MBA (Finance) |
| Economics | Post Graduate Degree in Economics and related disciplines (knowledge of a computer language desirable) |
| Humanities & Liberal Arts in Management | MA (Sociology/Psychology/Political Science/Economics/English); OR MSW; OR Graduation in Law or Post Graduation in Law |
| Quantitative Methods & Operations Management | Post Graduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Management and Science (preferably Statistics, Mathematics and related disciplines); good knowledge of Excel and statistical software or Python/R desirable |
| Marketing Management | MBA or equivalent in any discipline or Master's Degree in any related subjects from a recognized university |
| Strategic Management | MA (Economics) or MBA |
- Remuneration & Allowances: Rs.24,000/- per month; financial support for accommodation Rs.2,000/- per month; telephone allowance Rs.300/- per month.
- Maximum Age Limit: 35 years.
- Good English communication skills and proficiency in MS-Office and Internet usage required; knowledge of statistical tools (e.g. SPSS) desirable; proficiency in Hindi desirable.
- Engagement: Contract basis for an academic year; extensions subject to job requirements and performance. Empanelled candidates will be considered as and when a vacancy is reported.
