IIMA Executive – Accounts Recruitment 2026 (Tenure Contract, 3 Years)
The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), Accounts Department, is looking for a young and dynamic accounts professional for the post of Executive – Accounts at the Vastrapur campus, Ahmedabad. Appointment on a tenure-based scaled contract for a fixed term of three years (extendable), placed in Pay Level 2 under the 7th CPC plus benefits at par with permanent employees. Job Responsibilities
- Bank receipts & payments with reconciliation in SAP (day-to-day, incl. payment gateway transactions); bank advices & cheques for vendors.
- Follow-up with bank officials and offices on unlinked/unreconciled credits or debits; accounts payable.
- Employee benefits – LTC, Children Education Allowance, mobile reimbursement, High Quality Research Awards, development allowance (accounting + disbursement).
- Any other Accounts Department task assigned. Reports to the Assistant General Manager (or senior).
Eligibility
- Education: B.Com (full-time) from a recognised university and CA Inter / M.Com from a recognised University/Institute.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification (preferably in an educational institution).
- Skills: Working knowledge of SAP essential; MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) essential; good written & verbal communication.
- Age: Maximum 30 years as on the last date of application; GOI relaxation + additional 5 years for women candidates.
