The Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV) invites applications from motivated and qualified candidates for the following positions under an ICSSR-sponsored research project. 🔍 Available Positions

1️⃣ Research Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in literature review, data collection, and data analysis
• Supporting preparation of research reports, manuscripts, and presentations
• Coordinating project-related activities, documentation, and communication
• Ensuring timely completion of assigned research tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree (Management/Social Sciences/Economics or related areas)
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Familiarity with research methods and tools (SPSS, STATA, Excel, etc.)

2️⃣ Field Investigator

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting field surveys, interviews, and data collection activities
• Coordinating with respondents, stakeholders, and field partners
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of collected data
• Providing timely updates to the research team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Sciences or related areas
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork
