IIM Mumbai invites applications for one full-time Research Associate on the sponsored project “Research on Pathways and Barriers to Women's Career Progression in STEM”, in collaboration with and sponsored by Parity Consulting and Training Private Limited
- Essential: post-graduation in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology or an MBA in Human Resources
- Desirable: M.Phil. or Ph.D.; understanding of the corporate context with a good quantitative background, proficiency in survey research and experiments, and experience in qualitative research such as focus groups and interviews
- Skills: disciplined project-mode working, strong research and problem-solving aptitude, excellent written and verbal communication, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and ability to undertake a systematic literature review
- Remuneration Rs.35,000 to Rs.40,000 per month consolidated; engagement purely temporary for 89 days, extendable up to 15 months at the discretion of the competent authority; no hostel accommodation
